Makinium S4

This is it. Currently providing audio post for the forth and last season of Makinium, for a total of 133 episodes, WOW! This is a funny and adventurous series produced by Slalom Productions.

Eaux Turbulentes S2

Eaux Turbulentes is a French Drama series currently airing on SRC. It was a pleasure to again provide audio post for this second season, with the help of Howard Sonnenburg. Produced by Blink TV and Amalga Productions.

And we continue with 180- S2

Audio Post - 39 episodes. 180 is a human series that draws on the courage of some to inspire others. Each episode presents the transformation of a guest who generously opens the doors of his intimacy in order to testify to the path traveled or in progress.

50 façons de tuer sa mère S1 et S2

Opening theme and Audio Post - 20 episodes. When the host had the idea of bringing all sorts of incredible adventures to her old mother, the magazine 50 Ways to Kill Her Mother opened the door to intense, courageous, but also very very funny ways to kill your mother!

So... you want to be a TV or film composer?

Ever heard a film or television theme song, or another piece of music, and was transported back to when you first heard it? Maybe it’s the recognizable notes from Star Wars, Jaws, Halloween or Jurassic Park that conjure that memory or feeling. From comedy to horror, music has a way of evoking powerful emotions in audiences, often when words cannot.

We, at the Ottawa Film Office, caught up with Serge Côté, a local award-winning composer for film and television, to learn more about scoring for film and TV.

Ingénieux Junior podcasts

This is an 8 episode French youth podcast series where I had a lot of fun directing, writing all music, adding sound effects and mixing. Produced by Carte Blanche Films, this podcast series features host/comedian Jérémie Larouche. It’s all about Canadian inventions. Who knew we had so many!

Eaux Turbulentes

It’s been a while since I mixed a full drama series. It was fun to get back to my roots as a sound mixer. With the help of Jordy at Affinity, we mixed this amazing limited drama series. This is when being fluent in French and English comes in handy.

Produced by Les Productions Léa Pascal

Our Freedom

Glad to have composed music for this year's Remembrance vignette, “Our Freedom”. It supports the Department's mandate to promote recognition and remembrance of the achievements and sacrifices of those who served Canada in times of war, military conflict and peace.

Noel en Boite

I just finished scoring this Franco-Ontarian romantic comedy. This was a lot of fun. Also, there was nothing more refreshing than working on a snowy Christmas movie during our extremely hot summer. Directed by Jocelyn Forgues.

Just in time for Canada's 150th birthday, Jaxon and Song have been invited to a mysterious party, but before they get there, they have a thing or two to learn about this great country and what makes Canada, Canada!

Follow Song and Jaxon as they travel through our vast country exploring and finding clues to help them solve the mystery of who is celebrating on July 1st, where and why. Produced by Victory Arts.

St. NICKEL

I just completed scoring and writing songs for this amazing series. The story revolves around a struggling strip club, There's humour, drama, a bit of satire and a small devine intervention. Words that come to mind: Beautiful, dirty, gritty, sexy and devine. .It will start airing on UNIS late this May.
